We can keep beds safe and clean with or without mattress bags. We can still provide mattress bags UPON REQUEST, for an extra charge.

Of course! Usually anything that is going to be put on a dolly will be wrapped inside the house, while things carried out by hand will be wrapped on the truck. Don’t worry, our day is just as bad as yours if something is damaged!

Most dressers and large consoles have a HIGH probability of being tipped on their sides, and fragile/breakable items will be at risk. All glass should be removed. Books should also be removed and boxed appropriately, please. Clothes, linens, and non-breakable items are fine to stay in the drawers. All furniture with drawers/doors is sufficiently wrapped.

Generally, Yes. When we provide the truck, travel time is charged from the time the truck leaves the yard to the time it returns to the yard, minus all breaks. Travel charges are waived for jobs that start AND end in the east valley.

We do not take trash, compost, litter boxes, gasoline, guns, ammunition, human remains, or any other hazardous materials. If you find yourself wondering if we will take it, we likely won’t. The movers that show up will give you further clarification if questions remain.

Yes! We are prepared to pack every corner of the house if you ask us to. It is something you want to mention sooner than later, as we would need to pick up supplies before we arrive, and maybe even come out one day earlier depending on the level of packing you require.

No, the hourly rate is set for all scenarios. The extra charge will come in the form of the TIME it takes to climb up and down the stairs.
